Windex Group is the collective name for several companies onto the Balearic islands, that is specialized in the rental of commercial premises in center locations, especially in the area of Puerto de Andratx.
It is also a member of the Group GL international company with head-office in Houthalen – Belgium.

The strategy of the group is to build up a strong retail / office portfolio within the next few years.
History
Windex Trading SA, the main Company within the Windex Group has been constituted in July 1987. The first years the company managed an apartment-hotel located in Puerto de Andratx – Cala Moragues.
At the end of 1999, the complex was converted into a small urbanization of luxury villa’s which have been sold on the real-estate market during 2000 and 2001.
In 2002 the company proceeded with Villa developing into the Puerto de Andratx area. The same year they developed there 40th villa and started its first Mixed retail/residential project within the center of Puerto de Andratx.
As a result of the success with the mixed retail / residential project, Windex commence looking for new sites and locals within the center of Puerto de Andratx.
Since 2005 Windex group is now one of the largest retail specialists in the center of Puerto de Andratx.
